Rocklite
Rocklite is a very hard, light weight, closed cell, waterproof urethane foam. It's uses span from construction to the automotive and boating industries. Rocklite has a cosistant cell structure so that the edges of a routed letter appear to be sand cast metal. Rocklite can be glued or stud mounted. Studs and patterns are available upon request at an additional cost. You can order Rocklite laminated with any of our metals or plastic laminates (Formica). Our guarantee includes the Rocklite product. Rocklite is available in 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2", and 2" thicknesses at 18# density.

Expanded PVC
PVC (PolyVinyl Chloride) is a well known hard plastic used as vinyl siding, plumbing pipes, conduit fixtures and has many other construction uses. The addition of plasticisers makes this very durable product workable for the sign industry. EPVC (Expanded PVC) can be cut into letters and logos for interior or exterior use. It may be faced with aluminum , plastic laminates or may be custom painted with automotive finishes. We offer a stud mounting system with EPVC including pre-drilled letters, alum. studs and a drill pattern. EPVC thicknesses available 1/8" , 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1".

Acrylic (Plexiglass)
Acrylic, also known as Plexiglass, is excellent for interior spaces and most exterior applications. It can be ordered natural, painted or laminated with any of our metals. It can also be drilled and tapped for stud mount system. Acrylic letters are available in 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 1/2", 3/4", and 1" thicknesses.
For an unbreakable alternative please ask about Polycarbonate Lexan plastic.

Solid Aluminum
Solid Aluminum can be primed and ready for paint, or laminated with any of our metals. It can also be stud mounted. Studs and drill patterns come with solid aluminum letters and logos. Aluminum letters are available up to1/2" thickness.

Custom Paint Colors:
We will paint your letters or returns according to your specifications. For a custom color need other than the Pantone colors, we request color references from the following:
Sherwin Williams, Porter Paints, Martin Senour (Crossfire), and some Matthew Paint colors.
If these options are not available to you we will require an actual paint sample.
Our standard paint finish is satin (works best for most applications) however flat finish or even high gloss are available.
